12 Nov 2020 - Yet another Warzone victory. This time I'm dropping into Verdansk playing trios with RANDOM players. When I play random fills, 99% of the time, I don't use comms and this time was no exception. There was one player on our team who did have a mic, so I let him take the lead. His first statement during the game which immediately worried me was "Alright boys, let's get me my first win". Keep in mind this game has been out since March (8 months as of publishing this); anyone not having a win yet is a serious worry, but my first thought to myself was "Alright dude, let's get this W." Unfortunately, commando rando decided that we'd start by dropping into a random neighborhood, devoid of both loot and contracts, to the the Northeast of Dam (very far from the zone). We ended up working our across the map (took forever) until we reached Northern Downtown. The final circle ended up being just North of Port and to the West of Farmland. One of my teammates was actually pretty useless, he didn't manage to get hardly any kills as were left in a 2v3 at the end. However, the other one came up clutch in the end defeating an entire team by himself with very little assistance from me (except offering myself up as bait). It worked well as it bought my teammate a few seconds to situate himself as I live pinged the final enemy and he clutched the 1v1. It wasn't pretty as I was trying out a new loadout and had random teammates, but a win is a win, and we got that guy his first victory!
