7New fast TP strats at the start (not consistent), faster C4 section (~1 second because of french language) and faster TP strat at the end which saves another 2+ seconds.

Explanation for the fast TP strat:
As far as I know the TP works because triggering the 'night vision' dialogue during the 'suppression' dialogue bugs Vasquez's pathing and dialogue so he shouldn't take cover at the car or at the top of the stairs. The strat failed if you hear Vasquez say "Keep moving forwards" (aka he takes cover at the car).
- 0:11 Destroy the right car so it can't get on fire and slow Vasquez down. Put the left car on fire which might make Vasquez choose the right stair route more which is needed for the fast TP.
- 0:19 Jump down from the street at around 17.7-18.2 seconds livesplit time or 17.5-18.0 AIO mod time. This seems like the optimal time window for me but I've had fast Vasquez TPs when jumping down earlier or later, it's mostly just RNG.
- 0:25 Wait before the hole in the wall until you see (hopefully) Vasquez's arrow on the minimap turning right to the stairs. There's a trigger line at the hole which makes Vasquez change his pathing if you do it too early.
- Then just run up the stairs and Vasquez should TP. You should see 3 arrows on the minimap close to you so you know it worked. There's a rare chance that you only see 2 arrows with Vasquez teleporting but 9/10 times those 2 arrows are just random teammates.
- You can still make Vasquez teleport between 32-36 seconds if you see no teammates going down the right stairs on the minimap or you clearly see none are pathing towards the stairs. You just have to wait at the top of the stairs until you see 2-3 arrows drop down from the street on the left before going through the TP trigger.
The fast TP at the end works when you line up aiming at the leftmost hole in the barrel while aiming straight to west. If you see Griggs take cover at the rightmost concrete barrier (which happened here) you have to line up to the line right of W. This lineup is more precise because aiming too much towards W makes Griggs not teleport and aiming too much towards NW can make a random teammate not teleport (which is worse than Griggs not teleporting!). The logic is that you should not have line of sight to any teammate which makes them teleport.
