The first sub 5:10. Griggs was super speedy, I assume he didn't go prone to hide from the helis which made him fast. This has happened to me before while practicing and testing stuff but I don't know what causes it. Hopefully this isn't caused by a save glitch. The exact time is 5:08.817 from Sony Vegas.

Some new(ish) strats
- 1:16 Shoot in front of Gaz when you see both of his legs, the timing is pretty strict. This makes him warp through the ceiling which can save 1-3 seconds.
- 1:32 Shoot in front of Price to "block" his pathing. This cancels his cover taking animation on the porch and it's easier to do than just pushing him.
- 4:45 The RPG jump on the crate and over the wall should save ~1 second pretty much always and it can recover almost 4 seconds in a run if Price is really slow. Time save is caused by running far away from Price and Griggs which skips their dialogues. The issue is that Griggs likes to follow you back and you need fast Price for fast Ultimatum so in reality you can only skip Griggs' last dialogue which saves that 1 second instead of all of his dialogue which would save 3-4 seconds. The dialogue starts later if Price is slow so you have more time to move away from Griggs and skip all of his dialogue. Dialogue would have to start during the RPG jump if you wanted to skip all dialogue.
