part 8 playthrough
0:00 - start
0:06 - title

0:18 - road to "silent white"
0:54 - depths: silent white
14:44 - boreal brute x2 (mini-boss)
boreal brute may gain a ice buff that increase damage and reduce damage taken (blue icon under name (sword with a snow flake))
it may be removed with fire damage (takes several hits to remove)
28:27 - ephemeral wanderer (silent white boss)

31:54 - ruined city underground (quest)
shang's "rare materials"
33:51 - home base
learning more rv mastery skills
35:09 - ruined city underground
if you talk to shang again he gives you some free stuff
36:56 - home base (more upgrading gear and cleaning up inventory (selling stuff))

45:11 - cannoneer & blade bearer (take 2)

using sunset sword hermes chrome (venom/poison) and dusk garb with scathach chrome (fire resist)
maintain dammerung damage reduction buff (full charge attack (5 ichor required))
maintain cleansing light, iron will, fire and ice resist buffs
most of the damage comes from venom/poison (goal is to get venom to trigger) and then try to maintain buff.
cleansing light requires 10 ichor/mp (depending on damage taken, may take up to 6-7 second to fully recovery the damage)
always have 2 ichor/mp or more for raise (to raise your partner)
with all defenseive buff up this fight is tolerable

some additional options that I didn't use
elemental wall (all element resist (500 light= 37 resist 1000 light= 57 resist)); comes from a eos vestige (you have access to it)
elemental wall requires B in mind; the blood code your using must have the stat rating of B in mind.

bolster passive (comes from quest);
when you recover/pick up haze from ground you gain 3 regeneration (item that is used to heal)
idea is to leave your haze behind a pillar and hide behind the pillar as you change your passive to "bolster" and pick up your haze. then change back to whatever passive you were using.

51:01 - optional but I would suggest you go back to mistle to save game
52:47 - story cs
1:03:19 - juzo mido (boss fight, take 1)
1:07:24 - restoring vestige
1:12:11 - home base (more upgrading)
dusk garb with harmonia chrome (inhibit resist) is useful for learning mido fight.
1:17:47 - juzo mido (take 2)

same as previous fight (maintain buffs and use venom/poison)
use inhibt removal (cost 2 ichor/mp) when needed; losses racked up when your partner can't raise you. (inhibt prevents you from using skills (silence/mute))
when dark floating orbs appear around you (look at the ground), run away from mido
if knock down occurs, mido usually can position himself where it's hard to dodge his attacks.

1:20:28 - story cs
1:23:42 - road to "unlocking dlc"
1:24:15 - dlc stuff
map: fiery oblivion
map: celestial ice prison
map: eternal abyss

1:25:14 - road to "provisional government outskirts"
1:28:33 - wardrobe change
1:30:30 - home base
part of dlc, lore...
while dlc access is available, gonna go finish story first.

1:32:29 - provisional government outskirts
threading the needle on this zone is something else...
2:16:18 - regen extension factor
2:43:14 - vestige (Eos)
restoring all Eos vestiges will affect the ending

3:21:27 - this section had an audio recording issue... (start of)
tried to salvage what I could...
the other two options would take too much time (restarting the playthrough, rebuilt it from scratch)
3:21:57 - queen's knight reborn (boss fight)
3:24:15 - story cs

3:31:38 - road to "provisional government center"
3:34:22 - wardrobe change
3:35:49 - crypt spire (some backtracking)
going back to check this one corner...
3:41:26 - this section had an audio recording issue... (end of)

3:41:29 - home base
3:41:48 - road to "misty ruins"
3:42:21 - depths: misty ruins
4:15:25 - some backtracking
looking for the key
4:21:03 - wistful wanderer (misty ruins boss)
4:24:03 - home base
