Some stuff at the end before jumping on the bike:
- You want to kill as many enemies as you can, as quickly as possible so your teammates start moving forwards. Sometimes less enemies spawn in the bunker so your teammates start moving later.
- When everyone on your team has started moving, run up to the bike and then back near Ingram so he starts a dialogue. This makes your other teammates run straight to the Kubelwagen.
- If you don't see Ingram, he's probably stuck in the bunker. Run into the bunker to make him move and then run to the bike and back to Ingram.
In the elevators, it's best to stand in the middle of them so it's easier to activate the elevator but don't go in them before your teammates or you might block them or possibly even softlock.
