My meme build masterpiece. Powering up Cold Snap's damage over time with Indigon unique helmet. Able to do all end game content, Uber Elder is obviously difficult but i believe - doable. I did attempt it. Overall pleasant to map with, easy to deal with single target and still has room for improvement. More info below.

Ascendancy: Trickster
Bandits: Alira (for mana regen and resistances)
Cost: Indigon can be unobtainable at the start of the league, but generally price goes down later in the league. Also need some 6 link body armour. Need at least 2 Fevered Mind jewels and Healthy Mind. The rest is up to you.
Life/dps: over 7.5k effective life, dps reaches 250k+ tooltip without EO, EE or frenzy charges.
Sustain: leech, % life/mana on kill, high mana regen, medium life regen.
Difficulty: pretty easy.
