Coldkeys & Nonbos | Event Mode Run #12 | Eternal Card Game
7Dire Wolf Digital made the trek back to PAX South this past weekend...but not without leaving us with a brand new Event mode to play in. This one was called Icibrrrgl PARTEE! ....hmmm. Anyways, with a name like that, you'd think there would be some convoluted rules to what decks you could bring or some crazy condition that affects the game itself. Nah, we just all start with +2 Maximum Power. Everyone did get a free copy of a premium version of Wump, Party Starter just for playing though. Aside from that, the prizes as always were a bunch of packs from the latest expansion, The Dusk Road.
I had no intention of tryharding this event to reach top 10 or even stay in the top 500. I really had no idea what to play for this one. I just ended up doing a greedy Sunken Tower midrange brew, Argenport Control, and my own brew of FJP Flamestoker Control. Of those, Argenport Control did the best, so that's the one that gets posted...despite having a card in it that has anti-synergy with Wanted Poster (and not realizing it until it was too late, hence the title of the video).
