132 weeks and after 4 updates, including the critical fixing of the velocity vector and making the pilots head bob far more tolerable in pitch, I've felt reassured enough to re-invest into the game.
There is still a huge amount to be done, but stability has improved by a good margin and no more floating island either.
This is more in-line with the purpose of an Early Access release - Being very much work-in-progress but not borderline broken.
If only the game had initially been released in this state.
While the game does have a zoom-in on the HUD option, I do hope we can get a HUD only view which simply removes the 3D cockpit display, if only to provide a little more assistance in vertical landings for people that do not use head tracking tools, especially given the Harriers nose-up attitude during approach.
