Combo Series: Terra Invicta - Betray Your Xcom Roots & Join the Aliens - Ep 18
1Whenever presented a choice in a game I always pick humanity and fight against the aliens. For once, why not go in the opposite direction? And I decided to do this in two games at once: Terra Invicta and Phoenix Point.
Terra Invicta is a game that flew under my radar as it didn't seem anything more than a grand strategy game set in modern time. How wrong I was!
During this playthrough as I mentioned earlier we're going to work on helping the aliens learn and take over earth! I don't know how, but we will try!
From what I can tell you up to this point, this game has a very interesting factions and storyline. Even though the early game is fairly simple, the middle to late game is very interesting. And that is the reverse problem this type of games usually have, where the late game is just a steam roll fest where you take over the rest of the map without thinking. I hope you'll enjoy it!
