Reaper-17. Probably the best AA you'll face, although you can avoid it for the most part by heading along the west coast. Plus, they'll probably be preoccupied with your defensive structures.
Both of the basic Scrin vehicles have anti air. Reaper-17 has a souped version of the Gunwalker. I like to expand to the middle inside the western shell type area of this map.
