Stream recording of my Command and Conquer run.

The final NOD mission is not really hard and you get plenty of leeway to get rid of both bases.

In the starting area keep in mind two gunboats patrol the area, getting rid of the northern one is needed to prevent it from harassing you going forward.

There is a small GDI outpost you need to get rid of, or preferably capture for extra cash then take the two Chinooks, get north and capture the hospital. Build your second base there and then move on to the other two bases, both can be snuck upon.
