I had to watch this and the old video side by side for comparison to actually see how I was quicker, as the difference in time is minor.
From what I can see the early gained time on the Pillbox section was lost when the dogs died against the soldiers in the SW (so I could have saved more time). The gained time was made through dispatching the soldiers by the Sandbags quicker, and navigating through the small fence maze quicker. Also by immediately plowing through to the end after dealing with the three soldiers NW of the fence maze.

Of course, for ultimate time save, you can slow the game speed down when you get to the Pillbox section and use the grenade retargetting glitch to nab the Spy from this point with a bit of practise.
