Doing the Allies Story after the Soviet Story is a very bad idea & we strongly recommended to do the Rising Sun Story after the Soviet Story then you can do the Allies Story. On the plus side, this mission itself that you'll forced to use the Soviet Units instead of the Rising Sun Units to against them but still, this mission is way shorter

After the Allied Nation occupied the entire Japan & the Soviet Union are playing with the defeat of the Empire of the Rising Sun. And now, the Rising Sun Forces must raise their sword to battle against the Soviet Forces & support Commander Kenji at Sakhalin Island from the Soviet assault by using the Soviet Arsenal against them. The Rising Sun Sudden Transport disguised themselves as the enemy Naval Unit & heading to northwest where their reinforcement is & the Sudden Transport made it to Helipad for drop-off on this location making the Infiltration Team made it to the deep of the enemy Main Base undetected & the next they readied the Shinobis to protect the Sudden Transport from Soviet Conscripts & War Bears allowing their Engineer can capture one of the VIP Bunker to gain control of the Soviet Base & building their Soviet Units to battle against them. They managed to stop the enemy reinforcement by destroying their Outpost before the Soviet Forces knows them making Kenji Forces can mounted a full-scale attack onto the Soviet Main Base itself. Teaming up with Kenji Forces by using the stolen Soviet Arsenal & destroy the Soviet Main Base as well as Grinder Tanks making the Soviet Forces have no choice but to retreat. The 1st Mission of the Rising Sun Story where you are the reinforcement & you need to command your Sudden Transport to disguise like one of the enemy navy & head to northwest where their drop-off point is & watch out for any of the Naginata Cruiser's Torpedo Type-S that being fired from or Akula Submarine's Ultra Torpedo that being fired from & getting hit by that after the Naginata Cruiser fired the Torpedo Type-S will deal massive damage to your Sudden Transport but if the Sudden Transport get hit by the Ultra Torpedo fired by Akula Submarine it'll instantly destroy your Sudden Transport & the mission will fail. Avoid any of the Torpedo fire either the allied Naginata Cruiser's Special Ability or the enemy Akula Submarine's Special Ability & once your Sudden Transport made onshore, one of the Twinblade will pick up your disguised Sudden Transport & heading to the deep of the enemy Main Base, have your Sudden Transport to head to the safe area & unload some of the Shinobis while the Engineers will remains inside the Transport until the enemy guards are eliminated. Take down the guards with your Shinobi & capture the Soviet VIP Bunker with your Engineer to gain access with the Soviet Arsenal. Build up your small Strike Force & destroy the Outpost with Twinblades & some Ground Units to prevent any of the reinforcements & once the enemy Outpost is destroyed, the enemy will no longer call for reinforcements & build up your V4 Launchers & load it onto your Twinblade & don't forget to build up some Base Defense on the cliff to defend any of the incoming Ground & Air attacks & destroy the enemy Main Base with your V4 Launchers with the Precision Warhead & Cluster Warhead & build up some Kirov Airships to finish it off & once the Main Base is destroyed, destroy the remaining Grinder Tanks. Once all of the enemy forces are defeated & the mission will be completed
