This will be the Final Mission of the Soviet Story & another longest mission on the plus side, it has one involved of the Time Stopping capabilities & this also includes the one in Mental Omega where the Allies has this Ultimate Weapon called the Paradox Engine that is also can use Time Freeze to stop time but it was shot down by Libra in both Final Missions of the Allies Story & Epsilon Story when the Allies Forces are trying to destroy the Mental Omega Device but it failed as well as at the end of the Foehn Story where Tanya & Yunru activated the Time Freeze via the wreckage of the Paradox Engine to stop every of the Epsilon Forces making the Foehn Revolt will be born. Anyway, if you stay for too long, the enemy will keep using the Time Freeze onto you until you destroy the Harmonizer Control to complete the mission

After the Soviet Forces destroyed all of the Future Tech Production Facilities at Yucatan & now they're marching toward to one area where the Future Tech Forces are developing this weapon at Sigma Island & they managed to clear a path for the Soviet MCV to establish a base where the Sigma Harmonizer is but the Future Tech Forces knew their presence & they're about to assemble new type of weapons called Future Tank X-1 as well as activating the Sigma Harmonizer to stop the Soviet Forces' advance. But it won't be long until the Soviet Forces made an attack before it'll uses again they managed destroy their Air Base allowing the Soviet Forces can use their own air capabilities as well as capturing the Cooling Towers to slowing down their Future Tank production that are produce from the Future Tech Arsenal & destroying every of the Future Tech Arsenals & Research Facilities. Once done, the Soviet Forces will made a complete destruction of the Sigma Harmonizer by destroying the Harmonizer Control making the Future Tech Forces will have no choice to add more Security Protocol making the Soviet Union can rebuild for the glorious victory. In this Final Mission of the Soviet Story, you need to clear a path so that your MCV can establish a base at Sigma Island unharmed but it turns out that the Future Tech Forces are already knew your presence & they're about to attack you so you need to strengthen your defense from the enemy attack & beware that the enemy can use the Time Freeze to freeze your forces that you can't command your forces while the enemy can to make matter worse that you can't use the Air Units until the enemy Air Base is destroyed just like the Final Mission of the Rising Sun Story in Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 as well as sending up the Future Tank X-1 via Chronosphere until they'll produce more of them to destroy you but it also has weakness. Have Natasha to snipe one of the enemy Future Tank & once it was decommissioned, have your Conscript to grab one of the decommissioned Future Tank & you can use it to against them or you can use the Hammer Tank's Leech Beam to steal the Future Tank's weapon to against them & most of it they'll bringing out mostly Light Vehicles & Naval Force on the plus side capturing the Cooling Tower will shut down the enemy Future Tanks for a short period of time, slowing down their production for their Future Tanks & increase your Visibility to see what the enemy are up to. Sniping the enemy Pacifier with your Natasha & grab it with your Conscript will provide an additional artillery support as well as destroying their Air Base will provide you access to build your Air Units & of course build up your Strike Force. Once you got suitable Strike Force, destroy all of the Future Tech Assembly Facilities & Research Facilities & finally destroy the Harmonizer Control before they'll use the Time Freeze again. Once the Harmonizer Control is destroyed & the mission will be completed
