I completed this on the PC for the first time a day before I started uploading. It's supposedly one of the harder levels, and I hadn't beaten it so thought I'd try it before.

The key to this level is to get the Radar Domes quick. And then you've won. (Essentially).
Missile Subs are key again, as is a Tesla Coil and a couple of Mammoth Tanks (so you don't have to pay attention to defense) in the NE of this area you're in. They do infrequently attack with vehicles, and sometimes a Demo Truck. Your Mammmoths + Tesla Coil will deal with these threats no problem. Add another couple of Tesla Coils if you're really worried though.
Use the Spy Plane to reveal the Radar Domes, blow up. Simple.
Most of the southern base can be taken out by Missile Subs too.
The enemy doesn't seem to attack much either.
The only real problem is the lack of Ore.
But the enemy doesn't come for it, so you don't aggravate them into attacking. One thing to consider when you notice you're low on Ore (but preferably before it's depleted) is to only use one Ore Truck. The regrowth from the Ore Mines will keep you over for a while, and help with any repairs you need in the mean time.

Once the Radar domes are out, and the bulk of the base here destroyed by Subs (and some Paratroopers could help) send the Scientists in.
You'll get control of Volkov, he's back to his almost invincible standards, so the rest of the level takes the piss, and he can do everything if you want him to. He doesn't reveal shroud though, which is odd.
Funnily enough, in the PC version you don't control Volkov, but he does attack the Allies main base first. You WILL have to kill him afterwards. A group of Dogs is quickest.
