This level confuses me.
Volkov is rendered a lot weaker, about as strong as Tanya I'd say.
So he's suddenly lost a lot of power, for whatever unexplained reason.
I believe he is still uncrushable, but there's no vehicles that retaliate until the end, I use the Phase Transport by then.

You can't go wrong with this level really, Volkov will heal back to half health. Just look for the control stations and don't stand in range of a Pillbox for too long.
Make sure you grab the vehicle plans BEFORE the vehicle itself, otherwise you'll be stuck and unable to finish the level.
I didn't really 'know' where the exit was, but the yellow/black striped path gave it away to be honest.
