Command & Conquer: Red Alert: Retaliation Hard - Soviets - Test Drive
Or Cloak & Dagger Redux as I like to call it.
The Phase Transport here is invisible unless firing or unless it's right next to a defensive structure, or a moving unit.
There's also a couple of stationary units that pick it up for whatever reason. Just give units space as best possible.
Anyway this level can be made easier by doing two things.
Taking out the AA Guns early and destroying the main base early.
I found that destroying the Radar Dome base in the NW and the AA Guns gave a good distraction.
I then snuck in Volkov and blew up the base.
Be warned, he CAN be crushed on this level, the Ore Trucks will attempt it if you fire upon them, but the Phase Transport is better suited to taking them out anyway.
Both the Phase Transport and Volkov will heal back to half health for reference, so don't worry too much about damage. The Phase Transport has decent range, so you can take out the Turrets and Pillboxes from behind the Concrete Walls to make it easier.
After the main base is fully destroyed head to the SE and take out the Tech Center, and again the AA Guns.
You'll get some Submarines, and shortly you SHOULD get some Missile Subs (that aren't that helpful).
Your Submarines can take out the Destroyers in this part easily, just try to group them in a way where they're shooting from maximum range, because they seem to react slowly.
Clear the beach-head and be aware of the Chronotanks. So the level order kind of gets annoying here with them popping up. It's obvious that it's a sequel to Let's Make A Steal, but with there being Chronotanks still, it must be before Testing Grounds??
Whatever.
Anyway you'll comfortably mop up if you've destroyed the main base and the two expansion bases. Don't even worry about unit losses. There's a healing crate in the church, so use it when you see fit.
