How could the US break Iranian AIr defences? We will try to simulate this in Command: Modern Operations, a detailed naval/air operational game: Two US carriers with F-35Bs, (hytpothetical) SuperTomcats and SuperHornets will try to make their way across the Strait of Hormuz. Iran will be supported by MIG-35s. flown by Russian volunteers.


Note: This is part of a playthrough I started before the current crisis. I nevertheless want to continue to explore this topic, precisely because it has become so relevant.
