I am in this Game presenting you several reasons to prefer a bilgewater Cutlass over an Infinity Edge as Garen and/or every other Champ, using the example of Jax. Bilgewater Cutlass provides you with great sustain and survivability through early-mid until late-mid game, after which you can also enhance it to a hextech gunblade, which provides Garen with a long-ranged slow and 300 extra magical damage, not to forget the spell vamp, making Garen's Ultimate a nice way to heal himself while his passive is down in a teamfight. The Cutlass is also good to give several diseases to wannabe Axe-Swinging Noxians. All of this makes the Cutlass/Gunblade an awesome addition to your high-elo ranked Double-Stack Garen Build with Sword of the Occults and Leviathan.
