I love this game, and I'm really sad people hate on it constantly. This is my 2nd favorite Bionic Commando game, second only to the NES version. It handles exceptionally well, is easy to pick up and play, but unbelievably hard to master. It is a joy to run this.

I am quite happy with this run. My goal was to get a sub-55 minute any% run for the purpose of GDQ submissions, and then move on to other projects. On the off-chance that this makes it into a GDQ, I will return to attempts until I get a 53:50 or better.

The beginning of this run was absolutely outstanding and the end went really well. There were just a few scattered stages in the middle that were pretty rough. Minor execution mistakes can snowball into pretty significant time losses very easily. In the grand scheme of things, my luck was pretty bad but my execution was above average. This run is about a minute slower than my sum of best splits, which at the moment consists of the world record time on about 20 of the 23 stages.
