I finished this run back in May and haven't uploaded it until now simply because I'm not happy with it. I absolutely love this game to death, but it is a horrible game to speedrun. The length of the grapple in this is random (50% chance of being proper length, 25% chance of +/- 1 pixel), which has some serious implications for routing. There are many skips that save 15+ seconds each, but are pixel perfect; if a single grapple in your setup is the wrong length, the skip becomes impossible and the run ends.

This run also has ~20 enemies whose unlucky patterns can cost you 3-5 seconds each. There is no way to manipulate any enemy behavior or grapple length; you simply need to just roll the bones and hope you win. Many of the strats seen in this run are extremely safe as a result. A run that goes for every skip and hopes for good enemy RNG would be 2 minutes faster, easily. I simply did not want to grind for that luck in this. I don't care enough.
