After installing CRM go to the app store and install the modules 'Resellers' and 'Resellers Commissions For Subscription' by removing the Apps filter.
Now go to CRM - Configuration and you can find Resellers with 3 menus:
Partner level – Create partner levels like Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc. For each level, we can give level weight, sequence, and default commission plan. It is also possible to deactivate a level.
After creating levels it can be assigned to partners depending upon their performance.
Partner Activations: Create partner activations
Commission plans: Inside a commission plan a set of rules are created to calculate the commission amount. So for a particular product category or product, we can set a rate, and also the amount can be limited by setting a maximum commission amount for that rule. Here we can also add a default commission product for which an RFQ will be generated later.
Now let us assign the commission plan to a customer(our partner) inside the customer form. After assigning the commission plan when you create a new quotation, inside the form you can see the commission plan automatically come when you add the referrer partner. After adding the product, below you can see the referrer commission amount which is calculated according to the rules set inside the commission plan. #odoo15enterprise
So after confirming the quotation let's create an invoice and make payment. If you go to purchase you will notice that an RFQ is generated for the commission product given inside the commission plan with the referrer partner as a vendor and with an amount which is the referrer commission given to the partner.
