In this video I will be casting a custom commissioned medal and a double sided uncharted coin in solid bronze. I was asked to make this for a friend so that's what I did. I started by modeling the medal and printing it on my 3d printer. I then made a mold of the medal in petrobond sand. I melted down some scrap aluminum bronze that I had and poured the molten metal into the mold. I also poured the medal into a double sided coin mold which are available on my website below.
