In this video I will be making a bolt with crazy wiggle threads that works with gravity. I started this project by 3d printing the model using polycast filament which burns away cleanly leaving no ash behind. I then made a mold of the model in investment plaster. I melted out the model in my kiln slowly ramping up to 1350 degrees. I then melted bronze in my devil-forge furnace and poured the liquid metal into the plaster molds.
