Complete in Box Plays - Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core - Part 12 - FINALE
(Gotta love copyright claims on the ending FMV, BASED)
And here we are, lads and ladettes, the ending of Crisis Core. For those of you counting, this is essentially a 35 minute ending --- to be fair, I complain about a lot of low budget games having way too short endings (recently, Disaster Report, Blood Will Tell, etc), so... can't have it both ways.
Overall, Crisis Core is a fun RPG with lots to do - but the story is off-the-rails silly. As we discussed early on, it's hard to do a prequel justice (introducing new characters means they either die or go away before the original game, and existing characters you know that they'll survive), but a few games have done well at linking the stories together. Crisis Core does not. The story is confusing, weird, and has a bunch of characters (besides Cloud, Sephiroth, and Zach) that you just don't care about.
Definitely would recommend playing it for any fan of FF7, but don't take the story too seriously. Thanks for watching!
