Complete in Box Plays - Saga Frontier: Lute's Quest - Part 1
0After finishing Riki's quest, we're back quickly to work on Lute's quest. Lute will be the 4th quest we've worked on (Red, Emelia, Riki, previously).
Lute's quest is unlike any other quest. There is essentially 5 minutes of story, and that is it. In most games made by Akitoshi Kawazu, there is generally a quest that is a 'you do what you want' quest, and this defines Lute's quest to a T.
You start in Yorkland, try to leave, meet Mondo, get dropped off in Koorong, and until you head to Owmi and happen to talk to Captain Hamilton in a restaurant, there is NO more story. After you talk to Capt Hamilton, you head to Nelson, talk to her again, and at that point you can head to the final boss. Hypothetically speaking, you could be facing the final boss in 10 minutes... not that you would win.
Lute's quest will be two parts. This video shows any and all story stuff. Then I will be grinding, leveling up, getting equipment, and finalizing my party off-screen. Lute has no unique side-quests, and I've shown all relevant side-quests that everyone can participate in already, so there is no reason to show the grind.
When we are back with part 2, we'll be ready to face Mondo and the final boss --- sounds weird, but there is really nothing else to show for this quest. See you back here soon!
