Total War modders have finally made a massive 19th century campaign. I mean this is crazy guys. For years, people have been asking what it would take to get a true 19th century Total War experience. We’ve had Napoleon, we’ve had Empire, but those games are now well over a decade old, and no official return to the 1800s has really come since. That’s why the release of the Concert of Europe mod for Shogun 2 is so exciting for me.

So in this video I’ll go through everything you need to know about the mod, the playable factions, the state of the unit rosters, new campaign mechanic overhauls, how the battles are, what my experience of the mod has been essentially for the last few weeks.
