The goal of this build is to stick to enemies for long fights for the Rageblade/Conqueror damage. Frozen Mallet and Bear max 2nd help with that. If you're ever low HP, rapid turtle procs with HP scaling from Mallet give you quick healing.
Guinsoo's Rage passive gives you Tiger/Turtle/Phoenix procs on every 2nd attack instead of every 3rd attack. With the 8.6 changes, it now only takes 3 attacks for melee champions to reach max stacks of 6 in order to get Guinsoo's Rage.
This is perfect for Udyr because it means you can just Bear attack once to engage, then you can switch straight to Q/W/R and you will get fully stacked Rageblade so fast that you immediately have procs on every 2nd attack right after activation (explained more clearly in the video).

There's a little bonus at the end.
