Do you ever repeat the same problems in your head over and over? Most of us have a lot of days and nights like this. I've been thinking about the best way to approach problem solving. When dealing with day to day company problems, I realized that I was coming into problem solving with a lot of negativity. I would look for things that were wrong instead of solutions. I thought hard about problem solving and realized that everyone starts with the negatives in a problem solving discussion. I wanted to discuss a better way. Since implementing the thought process in this video I've had a lot different results with my approach to problem solving. If you're working in a team or just trying to work on your own, these techniques can help you find a faster and more effective solution.
