A core concept to self-improvement and development is the ability to separate useful information and experience from anecdote and hyperbole. It's increasingly hard to define what's good and bad advice, true and untrue, because we're bombarded with information. The line between opinion and fact is blurred. In this video I talk about what I look for in building my view of the world. In a world where everyone has a voice, we need to be careful what we attach to. I hope to echo some of the ways I approach building my opinions and models of the world to be as objective as possible.
