Vs is a PlayStation-exclusive 3D fighting game from developer Polygon Magic and is a port and full localisation of Polygon Magic's 1996 Arcade release Fighters Impact which was also released in Japan on PlayStation in 1997 but retained its Fighters Impact name for that release.

The roster of fighters for the US release of the game was also overhauled with former Marvel Comics artist Kurtis Fujita designing the new roster of 20 fighters.
