Releasing in Arcades in 1998 Astra Superstars would also make its console debut in the same year. Releasing exclusively on the Sega Saturn this 2D aerial fighting game was developed by Santa Claus and published by Sun Corporation and Tecmo Ltd. Astra Superstars is another release in 1998 that did not see a release outside of Japan and is the only entry in the series.
