Consumed King Oceiros S23 Let's Play Dark Souls 3 Mage Edition
0Ah yes the father of the year canidate Oceiros, he's fairly resistant to sorceries; and can take a while to take down. He doesn't have a ton of hp but when your sorceries do around half damage it sure feels like it takes a lot longer.
The first phase is easy, he mostly attempts to bop you over the head with his walking stick. Occasionally he'll release a white cursing gas. Simply ya know, don't be IN it and cast with impunity when he does so.
The second phase of Oceiros is where it gets annoying as a mage. In the second phase Oceiros loves closing the gap with very quick tackles, flying breath, and a good old fashioned raging combo while roaring. The hardest part is being patient and being attentive. You can only safely cast after an attack, AND be sure to keep guard up, with only 10 endurance I can block his tackles which makes this a lot easier. You'll be guard broken but unless you block the combo (don't) you'll be fine.
