FOUND IT! This cvar gets rid of the time pressure in the extraction-mode. Now you ample amount of time to "sock up" this incredible atmosphere, do some "exploration", and prep yourself for the next round. And it's not even a cheat (for now). Kinda makes me hope the developer will drop this heavy duty time-limit between the extraction-events all altogether. A time pressure in a slow Romero-rules zombie-game? What will they think up next?
