Anchor is shielded all around but it will open iot shield spit clocks. This is a great opportunity to deal a lot of damage and cancel it's attack. Charge with some blast radius upgrades also works when fired from the side in to it's "mouth".
After you deal some damage additional enemies will start to spawn so clear them quickly as they can easily distract you and Anchor will surprise you with it's attac dealing massive damage or even killing you.
