Hartman Final Boss Fight - Bright Falls AWE

This is your final battle with Hartman.
Phase I - First phase is easy, just put all power cells in sockets and turn on the lights.
Phase II - In phase two you have to fight Hartman. He has a powerful melee attack that heals him if he hits you. He also teleports all around so stay away from him. He also has two ranged attacks that he telegraphs by glowing red. One is a short range blast and second is a long range missile attack.
Phase III - After you bring down his health bas he will knock out two power cells from random sockets so you have to put them back. He will be shielded from your attacks so don't bother.
Phase IV - it's the same as Phase II.
