Took some doing, so once I'd worked it out it was too late to record. So I went back to the start of the room and pointed at each step.

Step by step instructions:
The cat needs to be on
The fish needs to be less than 2 feet from you when you spin the table
Horse shoot needs to looking like a U to keep the luck in
You can start the balls clicking
The four leaf clover in the research room needs to go on the table next to the roulette table
In the room there are lights on all of the tables, turn them on

And now you can spin the table!
