Good morning/afternoon/evening, viewers.

Welcome to Raid Run. The newest game mode that this game introduced for a long time. And when it came out, it wasn't met with lukewarm reception with the fans. There are two major issues when this game mode was released. First, The boss fight is way too long. It takes 17 minutes to beat the boss in Normal Difficulty, which was WAY too long for Cookie Run. And the biggest problem, it takes two days to open up one chest. Sure, the chest was a Legendary Treasure, but it is still way too long for a wait duration, a problem that Devsisters hasn't fixed for the last month. The only way to speed that process up? Is to literally pay with real money.

Looking back at the time when this mode came out, it is easy to pinpoint how terrible this game mode was. Now, after the community levels up the cookie skills (and leveling up cookie skills is not cheap either)...you know what? Maybe, that's the idea. Devsisters knew that the community is going to invest their resources playing this mode, so it will sort of...close the fact just how terrible this game mode was. Maybe this is just a thought from me.

In my own opinion? For some reason, despite how terrible this game mode when it was launched, I like Raid Run. It offers a new way to play the game. Look, I knew that there was a similar game mode like this called Spelunking Expeditions, but that was a long time ago, and I never got to experience that. I just wish that it was better executed, because the idea is there for an enjoyable game mode.

Edit: It turns out, that Devsisters re-adjust the score of this boss fight. As a result of this adjustment, this run ended up being a SSS Rank run. So...yeah. The very first run ended up being the first SSS Rank in Raid Run Season 2 :D
