Cooking with Cool May The Ribs Be With You!
9Instant Pot with Air Fryer
Pork ribs thawed
Full slab cut into sections of 4 bones each
Membrane stays on
Use a rub on both sides
half cup water
half cup hard cider or apple juice
35 minutes
Check temp (pork 170)
Clean out pot then set in air fryer pot
sauce ribs, set in standing up around pot
air fry 10 minutes at 400F
At 2 minutes left turn ribs
when done remove and let stand...woot!
