Remember the Kumi Kreator last year ... The really cool product of this year is the Cool Maker Go Glam Nail Stamper from Spin Master. It allows you to get DIY nail art/manicures at home. All you have to do is apply the base coat and put the stamper in. What’s cool? It’s really easy and you get all sorts of designs. Choose from 5 stylish patterns.

So how does it work?

You start by applying the base coat. The base coat is a proprietary formula from Spin Master, so it only works with this kit. It dries a little sticky, allowing the sticker to apply to where the base coat is. So you can stamp any size nail. That means it doesn’t matter what size your nails are – it will still work.

For $24.99, you get the cosmetic bag, 5 design cartridges, 2 base coats, a top coat, and a stamper. Each design cartridge stamps 25 nails. So for the set you get 125 nails or just over 12 manicures. It’s a really good value for the price point.

Note that the dryer in the hands-on video demonstration is NOT included with the Go Glam Nail Stamper kit. It’s simply used to expedite the process at the New York Toy Fair 2019.

Refill Kits are available for the stampers as well. For $9.99, you can get 2 more cartridges and then you can get a base coat and a top coat. And then for $4.99 you can get one more base coat and a design cartridge.

Bear in mind, if you were to use a different nail polish, it would not work. So, for example, you could not use a L’Oreal nail polish with this Nail Stamper kit. That is because it dries a little bit sticky. It needs to be sticky for it to work. However, you may use a different top coat with this DIY nail kit.

Here's a quick and easy rundown of the process.

Start by placing the cartridge in the back of the stamper. Simply pop it in – it’s really, really simple. Once your nails are completely dry, place your finger on the bed inside of the stamper. Be sure to keep your finger nice and flat while inside the little bed of the stamper. Then press down to engage the stamper. Voila you get a beautiful print on your nails. Now you can get a manicure at home!

The important thing to point out is that it is very gentle for kids. Don’t worry – no need to worry about kids injuring their fingers with this stamper. If you look inside it’s just the film that touches your finger nail.

Wondering how this long this manicure lasts? Well, it lasts roughly 2 weeks or so, which is about the same as a regular manicure.
