Welcome back to my Countdown to Sonic Mania! This is a series of videos looking back at the majority of the Sonic The Hedgehog Franchise in anticipation for the upcoming 2D platformer Sonic Mania scheduled for release August 15th 2017
Sonic Unleashed released in 2008 on multiple consoles. It is the first game in the franchise to run off the Hedgehog Engine created specifically for 3D Sonic games. With the planet being split apart by Eggman, Sonic and his new friend Chip must travel the world and restore Earth to its normal state. Sonic also has other problems, At night he transforms into a Werehog due to Eggman's manipulation.
First off, I apologize for the lack of videos this week. Had to deal with some personal stuff but now we are back with Skyscraper Scamper! This level has a lot going on with it. More high risk platforming and some tough fights. This is the part of the game that makes you really wish you had the wearhog maxed out in some departments. I didn't get a chance to spot it out but this level also has some really cool easter eggs in it. For one, we get a neon sign for a hotel based on a place that a certain princess lives....see if you can spot it in the episode!

This series is going to be long! So to cut down a bit, I will not be playing the DLC stages.
