This is quite a gear check, you can see my gear on each character at the end of this video to get an idea of what's required.
This took many runs before the rng finally lined up.

One of the added issues here is that around 1:40 all the enemies are redeployed which means you basically have to clear it by that time otherwise your dps turn around and focus on serapel rather than the boss and you get wiped.

Would advise using any crit dmg operator you have as this helped in my final run (can see a bunch of crits near the end) rather than caring about activating their skill. Bonus if you have Kim Hana with cdmg side skill though.
