Unfortunately don't have the full run of this as I wasn't recording at the time, was just testing out this team comp and couldn't pause before it ended.
What you're looking for here is a bit of good rng, you want your Hilde to ideally last 1 second longer here. That way when almost everyone is wiped, she deploys in time to save Xiao. She will then use her skill to get a shield and this buys enough time for the rest of the team to rotate out.
I done this in auto but you can make it more reliable by forward deploying Hilde at the end there so she starts infront of Xiao and also by deploying Arius closer to Hilde before the first death so she can get her skill off in time.
Not sure how much haste is required but here are the stats:
Hilde: 56% haste 20% anti ground res
Sylvia: 35% haste
Claudia and Eve: 30% haste
Arius: 0% haste
