Hey everyone and welcome to GamerU. In this video we’re playing CounterSpy and no spy game would be complete without intel.

Intel in CounterSpy covers a number of items including blueprints for weapons, and recipes for Formulas. These items are found throughout every level and the mission select screen will tell you exactly how many can be found in each level. You’ll find the pieces of intel locked up in safes. To get the intel, approach the safe and press the TRIANGLE button to set some explosives and blow it wide open. You can usually tell what kind of intel you’re going to get out of the safe based on the icon on the side. If there is a gun on the side, you’ll get a blueprint to some weapon. If there is a science beaker on the side, you’ll pick up the pieces to a new formula. There are also lockers scattered throughout the levels and while these don’t contain intel, they usually contain money, which you’ll need to buy the new weapons and formulas. Keep an eye out for these as well. Levels in CounterSpy are randomly generated so you’ll have to explore every inch of every level to make sure you find them all, but it’ll definitely be worth the extra time spent.
