It's a March Madness blast from the past as we replay the 1982 NCAA title game using "Courtside College Basketball" from Lance Haffner Games for the PC. This is a game with its roots in the mid-80s (the version I'm playing is from the 1990s) and is an MS-DOS game. Yeah, it's old.

The game may be old but programmer Shannon Lynn did a fantastic job with this - and the other - Lance Haffner Games offerings. The sim engine is solid and produces realistic stats.

So let's take a look back at the 1982 NCAA Championship game, played in the Louisiana Superdome and featuring the North Carolina Tar Heels (with Michael Jordan, James Worthy and Sam Perkins) against the Georgetown Hoyas (featuring Patrick Ewing and Eric "Sleepy" Floyd).
