India has entered in the race for the Coronavirus vaccine. Two candidates from India have got approval for human clinical trials. The first one is by Bharat Biotech International Ltd. It is called Covaxin and is being made in collaboration with ICMR and the National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune.
