Requirements: Fortified Ankles or Reinforced Tendons [Cyberware] and patience. It can take a few attempts getting the car in the right position. It can also take a large number of game days for the lizard to hatch. I lost count of how many time skips I had to do so keep at it. As V says, patience is a virtue!
