"Crack in the Sky" is a beautiful map for Quake Copper. It has some nice fights and great verticality. Sometimes it suffers from unlit enemies (due to missing lights in the air) but that does affect the gameplay.

I played this on the FTEQW engine for Quake with a collection of mods I like using. The publicly available ones are linked above, but the full list is below.
