"What Lies Behind" is a Quake 64 inspired map by iYago from 2020! I should have played it much sooner, because it really captures the Quake 64 atmosphere within a high-caliber modern map. Quake 64 distinguished itself from PC Quake with a more-brooding soundtrack and colored lighting. This produced an somber yet otherworldly experience. iYago captured this experience quite well; thus this map is a recommendation from me!

I played this on the FTEQW engine for Quake with a collection of mods I like using. The publicly available ones are linked above, but the full list is below.
