I hadn't realised it at the time, but the final two crates on Fossil Fueled were NOT being destroyed by the detonator, it becomes clear toward the end when I started breaking the nitros at the beginning, so hitting the detonator did absolutely nothing at the end. You can even see the crates stay there in some cases. In the future I will certainly double check which nitros will work and which ones won't
